Vanilla Kipfeil
4 oz. walnuts, grated
7 oz. margarine
1 package vanilla sugar
3/4 cup icing sugar
2 1/4 cups flour
Blend as pastry and add 2 eggs
Dough is very soft. Roll each cookie like a pencil and bend into a "U" shape. Bake in 350 degree oven till slightly brown. Dust with icing sugar while still hot.
