The called him Joker. He was a player. On the stage he was the character who made you laugh so hystarically you snorted milk out your nose (in a comedy), or the character that you knew was laughing at some inner joke, or the other characters, or just life (in a drama).
Off the stage, Joker was more of a rogue. He was very rarely serious about anything. Even about things that he should have been serious about, he added humour to it.
It's very difficult for Joker to survive on the meagre pay he gets as a player (even though he draws in a large crowd, very little of that money actually gets to him) so he has often resorted to theivery in order to survive. Using his wits, charisma and dashing good looks, Joker often manages to charm the money-or more often the meal-out of his victim.
No matter how much Joker loved being a player, indeed, it carried over to all aspects of his life, it just wasn't practical as a living arangement. Not that that would really stop Joker, but when a woman and a darkish blue dragon told him that he could be supported while doing relatively little, Joker jumped on the opportunity. The way he understood it was that he gave these grim people three years of his time, for which he got a dragon. Plus, if they were all as prim as the woman, Joker grinned, he'd be able to have lots of fun.
Joker's favorite candidate was Winter. She was such a prick, he just wanted to make her crack.
Joker went out of his way anytime he possibly could, often to the abandonment of some boring and "very important" (every task was "very important", it seemed) to "bother" her until she smiled.
Unfortunately, after weeks of trying she just wouldn't crack a smile. In fact, the most response he'd got from the iron-clad woman was yesterday, when she turned to him, fixed him with that evil eye that women seemed to inately have, and growl, "If you don't leave me alone, you'll become intimately aquainted with my sword."
Joker considered this progress.

Impression Message: There is a tentative pause with your mind, stagnating your own thoughts. It's that half-snicker, half-silence, when someone isn't quite sure whether or not a joke is funny or whether or not they should laugh. Then, it bursts out of whatever it's coming from (the blue dragon in front of you?) and sends burst of mad cackling laughter into your mind.
Hi, Joker. I'm Kioth, he says, in a half-dismissive tone, as if you should have known that. How 'bout some food, huh?
Personality: Anything remotely resembling order and serenity disintegrate in this dragon's wake, and he loves it. A prankster if there was ever one born, Kioth is destined to get you into trouble. He lives for laughter and disorder, going out of his way to cause it wherever he goes.
Unfortunately, his sense of humor can occasionally get a bit cruel: Hey! Thomas! See that greenrider over there? There's trundle bug underneath her bed. Take it, put it in her pillow, and tie it up. She'll lay down on that thing and squish it like a ripe grape. Her hair will smell worse than a herdbeast's ass for hours! And you know she won't have time to shower. It'll be hilarious!
And it's all up to you to tone him down a bit. Good luck!
He'll also be quite a handful in his maintenance, too. Kioth will be demanding and dapper about his appearance. While he's a ball of disorder inside, outside is neat and shining clean.
That's not to say he's without a good side as well. When it comes to problem solving and finding loopholes, he's a champ. He's rather intelligent, really, and does a great job of thinking outside the box. He'll always be there to help you think things through and prepare yourself for problems in life, but for anyone else to get him to listen...that can be a different story.
In flights, Loki's pretty full-hearted. He loves a good chase, but he's not likely to stick around for long after if he wins. He's just a love 'em and leave 'em kinda dragon. That's not to say that a special someone could never make him commit, but it's just gotta be the right girl. And if he can't win a flight...he can at least bring someone down with him.
