The Chef has made His presence known. He stands at the Five Points. His kind are dwindling in number and it is our Task to document Him before He disappears forever. Why did they overthrow His race? Could they not see His watchful smile and pois'd Spoon? Did they truly think it would never crash down upon them? Oh, He is in motion now and always has been, in the crouching expectation that this existence is uncertain.

Somewhere, we believe, all the Chefs inhabit a dark and sacred space, spoons raised, and when the time comes, up they will spring, spoons-become-torches, and Ascent will happen.

The Mysteries of the Chef:

Where are They? What has happened to them?

Is Fiberglass recyclable?

Do fiberglass wooden spoons give fiberglass splinters?

How badly would the muscles of a human cramp if stuck in crouching position for so long?
