Accomplishments:

Reimplementation of MPC application for LV Brands in North Carolina reduced consolidation time from 3 to 5 hours down to 5 minutes as well as automating the loading of their daily General Ledger extracts into MPC. Designed custom submission and approval tracking solutions that allowed clients at CrestCo to monitor budgeting and forecasting processes and improve turn-around times for analysts.

Provided consulting, implementation and training services to clients on Comshare MPC software. Projects involved implementation of MPC software for budgeting, financial consolidations and reporting. Accomplishments:

Led installation of MPC corporate consolidations application at Con Edison enabling them to perform budgeting and forecasting processes as well allowing them to consolidate, eliminate and report actual financial data for subsidiaries. Drove the implementation of MPC budgeting and financial reporting software for Stratos, Coach and Hertz, allowing them to track revenue, products, transactions and usage patterns worldwide.
