Mitch Poitras

Mitch got into Big Birds when he designed and built this Staudacher, using the lines of a Goldberg Extra as an outline Originally powered with a Irvine 120, the plane now flies much better with a Q35. Mitch can be found unbending airframes at Bristol Aerospace.

Mitch got this "Energizer" airframe from Tex, retro fitted it with a Q35.

PROJECT STUKA

Mitch is building a 87"ws Stuka from enlarged Flying Model plans. We cut the cores in Oct 2001.
