Tundra Troop Patches

I started collecting patches in 2002, because of a Trooper friend. He gave me my first 3 RCMP patches. My collection has grown somewhat but it is still not as big as it could be. I focus my collection to two main areas.

1. Alaska State Troopers


2. Alaska Law Enforcement Patches

I started collecting Alaska State Trooper patches with the intent to collect every patch made for and by the Troopers (official and unofficial). During the beginning of my collecting I learned about the Stickwan guide. A former Fairbanks Airport Police Officer named Ray Stickwan made a guide including every patch made in Alaska (to date of the printing). This guide is very hard to come by and I think I finally found someone who is giving me a copy of this guide. I changed my ideas around alittle and now hope to make a website or CD version of that book (but updated). After I investigate the idea more I will talk to the Fraternal Order of Alaska State Trooper museum and see if I can get them involved in this project. I will update this site later about that project and if it will become more of a reality.
