| Attention: Do Not Eat the Green Brownies A poem by Joe Fierstos |
| Through half-closed eyes I see the sky A brilliant shade of blue. I look ahead, and there I see A magic floating shoe. A creature runs about my feet. It's nametag says, "Rasheed." It pokes the air with its tripod, The sky begins to bleed. My nose just hopped right off my face And it did a little flip. A giant lobster does a dance, Cher hits it with a whip. A massive vacuum cleaner Is about to crush my head. But I stop it with my powers, And it hits Rasheed instead. I see a half-a-cow now Sitting(?) in a car. Its udders are atop its head, It eats a shooting star. Cheez-It Cheez-It Cheez-It An-a-atso-matsi-shok? Me take a little donut And me put it in my sock. |
