The Sh'ma is probably the most significant Jewish prayer.
It comes from the book of Deuteronomy, chapter 6, verse 4.

Sh'ma, Yisrael! Adonai elohenu. Adonai echad.
Listen, Israel! The Lord is our God. The Lord is one.
Ba-ruch Shem k'vod malchutot, l'olam va-ed.
Blessed is our God's glorious majesty, forever and ever.
I love my God with all my mind and resources, all my strength and might.
I love my God with all my life, all my being, all my heart and soul.
