Like it or not Lara Croft has become an icon of the new millennium.So many guy's and some girl have gone ape over her,and TiT's not hard to see why.Way back in 1996 Core Design released Tomb Raider on PC,Sony Playstation and SEGA Saturn to rave reviews and was a world wide hit.And so begain the adventures of Lara Croft.For those of you that do not know of the Lara Croft saga here go's,Lara Croft is the female version of Indanna Jone but without the wip and hat,she travels the world looking for lost treasure and to save the world on the odd occassion (what a girl).Over the last 6 years we have seen many changers in the Tomb Raider game's,in The Last Revelation we saw Lara left for dead in Egypt and in Tomb Raider next generation we will see a more bitter Lara Croft,will she take a more darker root,only time will tell.In the meantime we have the first of 3 Tomb Raider movies set to hit the silver screen starting the Angelina Jolie who has already signed on for part 2.So the Lara Croft / Tomb Raider phenomenon continues to grow.And for the fan we couldn't be more happy.

Here is a bit of trivia on the Cyber Goddess.The development
of Tomb Raider actually begain way back in January 1994.
Lara was originally going to be called Lara Cruz.The guy that created Lara,Toby Gard left EDIOS after Tomb Raider was released.He dose not own the rights to Lara.By the time Tomb Raider 2 was released Lara was more rounded and she had a ponytail.It wasn't till Tomb Raider 3 that thye gave her a pair of ears and more outfits.Tomb Raider The Last Revelation was set in Egypt,the fist time a Tomb Raider game was set in one location.Way back in 1997 a video games magazine (CV&G) printed a NUDE RADIER code for Tomb Raider,in which Lara would run around naked.Like many others I fell for it and spent many hours trying to get this code to work.You had to press the buttons on your controller in time to the Spice Girls song "Wannabe".To this day I get e-mails from people asking me for this code,and some even saying that they got it to work.Dream on guy's,did you know that Lara holds the title of the Duchees of Saint Bridget.Irish music group U2 are big fan's of Lara Croft and they asked EDIOS to make some video footage of Lara for there Popmart tour in which she dances along to one of there songs.T-Rex the dinosuar has appeared in the first 3 Tomb Raider games.The original contenders to play Lara Croft in the Tomb Raider movie was Sanda Bullock,Liz Hurley,Alyssa Milano and Uma Thurman.If you are thinking of putting a Nude Raider site on the net,then forget about it.In 1998 EDIOS was going to sue anybody of doing just that,the sum of money was over 1 millon dollars.Most of the Nude Raider site closed down very quickly.
