We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Spellbound so we will gladly refund, replace or exchange any item that does not meet your standard of expectation provided we are promptly notified and the item is then returned to us within 14 days. All items returned must be un-used and their original packaging, unless the item is defective in which case the item will be replaced. Please allow up to 14 days for credit, refund or replacement.
