KSBA World Champion Dual Gr.Ch. Hinch Mountain Dixie
I got Dixie as a weaning pup from Roger & Matthew Burgess & Robert Kemmer, She is one of the best Hog dogs I have ever seen turned loose, she is a get in the woods type dogs, she is open on track and bays tight and usually is nipping at his nose when you get to her. She is my start dog on a bad track and usually has the nose to work out a pretty old track... She runs with a chop/squall on track on hog, and strait chop on coon, she is around 40 pounds and is a very well put together female... She is the dog that got me started in these Kemmer's and I am very pleased with her and her pups and grandpups. We have 3 generations here off her, and she is going to leave a mark on the Kemmer Stock Big Game Cur World one day. She is not perfect by any means, but she is a tough Mountain Bred Dog and she lives up to the legacy of her parents and grandparents. She has some titles through the compitions held by the KSBA & NKC but she has one title here in Bledsoe Co. Tennessee that not many dog will ever achieve and that's 100% HOG DOG........ To me thats the title that matters more than any other, if all people worry about are titles, then I feel they are in the wrong breeders association and the wrong circle of dogs and houndsmen......... Below right is her striking a track opening day of the 2006 Tennessee Season...
Dixie was killed in a kennel Fire in January 2008 and is sorley missed by the entire family....... Biggun
