I will encourage myself in Him.
When everything around me is shaking
And I can�t tell the end from the beginning
Then will I encourage myself in His love
And find my peace in His throne above.
When my dearest friends have forsaken me
And I can�t see my way out of the abyss
Then will I lean on my Father�s grace
And find my strength in His unchanging face.
When all is calm and everything is quiet
When life is good and there�s no reason to be upset
Even then will I praise His name
Because His faithfulness is always certain.
God alone is my source of well-being;
I will encourage myself in Him.
