Around the World in 80 Webpages.

I have had the privilege of travelling to many places around the globe.  And in an attempt to organise things, I am cutting down the number of photos I have up on the web page, but making sure that my favourite photos are up for people to see.  Just a word of warning though, some of these pages are rather graphics intensive, and it may be necessary to refresh once to see all the photos.

From May 30, 2000 to October 28, 2000, I had the opportunity to travel to many places around the world, to meet many different people and to see many strange, exotic and wonderful places.  From America and Canada to Egypt and Europe.  To see these photos, just click on the link below

In 2002, I once again had the opportunity to visit Egypt.  The initial plan was to head over to Egypt via England, so I could catch up with friends in England.  Then after spending some time in Egypt, I was going to fly over to the Czech Republic, and then fly home via Hong Kong.  But we all know that plans are made to be broken!!  In the end, I flew Malaysia Airlines into Kuala Lumpur for a couple of days before heading out to Egypt.  Once in Cairo, I had such a great time that I didn't want to leave when planned, and so began my frustrating time of running round and round Cairo trying to change the tickets.  Once I achieved that aim, I spent an extra eight days in Cairo, and then spent the next week trying to catch up with my onwards tickets.  I flew from Cairo to London where I had hoped to catch up with friends, but ended up staying there less than 12 hours, as I had to fly out to Prague if I ever wanted to get home.  After two days in Prague (I will have to head back there one day!), I flew out for a couple of days in Hong Kong, before flying home at last.

And in 2003, I once again took the opportunity to visit Egypt.  This time, my only firm plans included my trip to Egypt.  However, I also managed to include some time in Singapore on the way over to Egypt, and with the flights, I had to spend a couple of days in Singapore on the way back as well.  Unfortunately I have run out of room on this website, so to view them you will need to go to another site.

I would also like to dedicate these pages to a great friend of mine who I met over the internet.  I'm just sorry that I never got these photos up in time for him to look at.  I'm sorry Mike, we all miss you.
