| As a history freak this is my spititual home, Egypt just seeps history as many of you all know about King Tutankamun and his tomb in the valley of the Kings, well there is so much more to see and feel in this fantastic country. Every corner you turn there is a message from the past to excite you and a friendly person who will take great delight in telling you all about it. An example of this was one day on the west bank I was sitting in the shade of a tree and got chatting to an old man about his home and it turned out he was the young foreman who worked under Howard Carter on the Tomb of King Tutankamun, needless to say I sat with him along time and we drank all my cash ! hahaha ! |
