OF INDEPENDENCE

When in the course of human events it becomes obvious to a people governed that their government is not ruling in their interest or behalf and is, in fact, carrying on in a manner opposed to and inimical to the expressed will of the people; when, in addition, a long train of abuse, injury, mistreatment, damage, and harm has been endured with patience and hope of relief through normal means and procedures to no avail; when to all intents and purposes whether by act, deed, legislation, or fiat a government seems bent on the destruction of the people, culture, heritage, folkways, and Christian faith of those who brought it into being, then it becomes the right and the sacred duty of the governed to dissolve their creation and form a new instrument to safeguard their rights, liberties, property, and culture.
Therefore, we as descendants of the Founding Fathers and in accordance with their will and intent do hereby declare our independence of and separation from the despotism, tyranny, dictatorship, and oppression commonly referred to as the Federal Government. We hereby state our intent to return to the law of our fathers and of our God, Jesus the Christ. We declare that we owe no allegiance of any kind in fee or simple to the anti-God, alien-dominated, unconstitutional, illegal, Washington regime of usurpers, criminals, heathens, infidels, malfactors, sodomites, culprits, and evildoers. We hereby state our intent and purpose to establish a new means of self-government as deemed necessary by ourselves in accordance with God's Laws, the Declaration of Independence of our forefathers, the Constitution of the United States, English Common Law, and the rights of free men as granted in the Magna Carta and traditions of the Anglo-Saxon Race.
In all this, requesting and seeking the aid and help of our God Jesus the Christ in this the year of our Lord, Nineteen Hundred Eighty-three, the month of December, the third day. In the name of God. Amen.
