Mix everything together except tomato soup,
using a wooden spoon or clean hands until
evenly combined (work with wet hands to stop
mixture from sticking).
Press mixture into a greased 20cm x 10cm
loaf pan.
Pour over soup concentrate (don¹t dilute) and
bake 180 °C for about an hour.
Turn out onto a serving dish that will
accommodate the sauce and slice while hot.
Accompany with mash and ginger broccoli.
Serves 4 generously. Also great cold as a
sandwich filler.
