250g Milk Chocolate
3 Eggs
¼ C Flour
Method
Preheat oven to 180ºC. Melt chocolate in a microwave bowl
on medium, stirring often. Stir in eggs and flour with a whisk.
Place 6 cupcakes liners into muffin tins and spoon in the mixture.
Bake for 20 –25 minutes until the sides are set but the centre is still
liquid. Cool for 10 minutes. Carefully peel off the papers
– the centres will be a warm, mousse consistancy.
