1/2 C cocoa
6 Tbsp water
1/2 Tsp. salt
4 Tbsp butter
1/2 c golden syrup
1 1/2 c sugar
1 c milk
vanilla essence
Method
Cook water & syrup over low heat. Stir in sugar, salt, milk
& cocoa. Simmer fir 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
Beat in butter & vanilla. Keeps well in a "Pump" bottle
