This Gold Award project sound like a lot of work. Why bother doing it?
Girl Scouting has always been about helping. Whether it's helping your friend, or a complete stranger. My sister Girl Scouts have always been there for me, and I want to give something back. You already know why I want to do this particular project, and that's one reason why I'm so determined to do this. Only about 6% of Senior Girl Scouts actually complete and earn their Gold Award. Other benefits of being a Gold Award Recipient are scholarship oppurtunities and getting the honor to walk in the Rose Parade. |
