| How good - how reliable - is Kazu Sasaki? Duh what a dumb question! Look at the stats on this guy! I mean as of now Sasaki's save record is at 45. Sure he isnt perfect, close to it but not perfect and he will give up the occasional long ball and lose a game once in a while but he is rock solid. He is averaging one strike out an inning and walking no body! That is awsome! He has a fastball and a fork ball that hitters cant tell the differece out of the two until it is blown right by them and Dano has it in his cute little glove. Remeber how scary the ghosts of the Mariner closers used to be? Ayala, Slocumb and Mesa rattling around in the Seattle graveyard? How long has it been since we thought or cared about them? Consider Sasaki the exorsist. |
