Oh, so I don't know if they're called precinct's or not. Whatever, that's what I've chosen to do in my profession: A Police Officer (check it, Michigan, it's on MOIS, #089 under exploration). I thought about it before, and now I'm almost certain it's what I want. More lates.

  Okay, so here's the deal. I'm talking to Mr. Duley this hour to sort out what I need to do for college and getting into college. After school today, the first stop is the Saginaw precinct to find a cop to talk to about what it is to be a cop -- I wanna ask him if he enjoys his job, and all that. There's a lot I wanna cover, I just have to sort it out in my head; I've been thinking of questions to ask, and trying to think of whether I should write it down (like an interview) and then decided I'll just ask. It'll be more comfortable and take up less of their time. Big thing is that I need to make a small list so I can remember what I'm going to ask about; I don't want to forget anything, because I am really interested, and I do want to sort this out.

  School-wise, classes are a bitch. French I is driving me insane-- that teacher is so.. x.x picky. She rushes us, and demands that we speak wiithout knowing how. She's not acting like we're jsut learning French, she's acting like we're supposed to be slightly verbal in it already. I mean, come on. It's a foreign langauge-- I, myself, am a Spanish person.

   As for other classes, they're not too bad, except Mrs. Oeming's AP English- which she treats as a college class. It's not HARD, so much as stressing. I guess it's okay to get prepared. AP History is good-- I'm loving it. ^^ o.o But Mr. Johnson seems a little upset that I'm not gonig into teaching History... I hope I haven't broke his heart on the topic; I never really was sure. It was always, "I might be a history teacher, an elementary teacher, or maybe something to do with woods and animals." Never certain-- I'm pretty proud that I've found something to be uber enthused with. I'm completely taken by this idea-- saving lives, protecting people, helping others. It's everything I like to do, but never actually did. Like, I'd help people in the hall, offer aid and all that, and ALWAYS protect my friends, and try to keep them out of fights. But just now, just finally, I've realized how important it is for me to have direction. I need to have some one to tell me what to do. Also, this is forcing me to get into shape and that's awesome on so many levels. Mom made tacos, and I successfully said no, and ate a Natural Grain bar instead. Go me. Anyways, outs. Maybe I'll update later after I talk to Mr. Duley.

  Alright, you'll have to get used to this. My fifth hour is Library Aide, so I'll probably toss in an update on the slow days. So far, school has been extremely harsh this year. It's absolutely crazy... AP Homework over the summer, and then a lot of AP homework over the first night. The second night wasn't too bad, just two worksheets for AP Hist, and more packets for AP English. I assume it'll take like, maybe two hours, but I have to work tonight. *makes a face* Oh well, I'll be reading our french book while at work...

  okay, here we go. This will probably be the first update you journal-whores have gotten in a while; because we all know Rath's too lazy to update over the summer.
