| "CLUB HISTORY" |
| The K.L.B.C. was formed in 1909 and has operated as a not for profit organization since that time. This task has been carried out by a group of persons volunteering, both their time and labour to make this the successful venture it is today. The Executive is a body of duly elected officers and committees, who hold Executive meetings on a regular basis. The "Semi-Annual meeting" is held in the spring of each year, with the "Annual-General meeting" being held in the fall of the same year.
