The Senate

The senate acts similar to the old British Parlament. It creates many of the laws of the country and has the sole right to declare war. There are representatives from each planet and moon for a total of nearly 400 senators, 200 of which represent the 4 main planets of Kelenis, Moria, Atlantis, and Draconia.

The Emperors

Due to the size of the empire, when the Kel-Morian Charter had been written up to prevent a single ruler from possibly gaining absoulute power, it was planned there would be not one, but two emperors who would run the empire. Such a thing has not been seen since roman times when the city of Byzantium (now Istanbul) became the second capital of the Roman empire and whos emperor would rule the eastern half while the main emperor ruled the western half from rome.

Executor Fraley of Moria

Born around the time of the revolution, Executor Fraley was born into a family whom had fought in many wars. At the age of 12, he enrolled into the Kel-Morian Elite Guard academy and trained in the arts of black ops and special forces. When he succeeded his father at the age of 18, he took command of much of the Kel-Morian Elite guard and their special ops units and is the main tactical planner of the empire. It is not unusual for him to go out on a commando mission with some of his Elite guard troops.

Duke Charon of Kelenis

Duke Charon, born around the same time as the Executor, unlike whom, came from a family with a political background. Being decended from one of the first American presidents, and subsequent political leaders. He spent much of his time on the Morian Moon of Aquarius on one of the few surfact navy ships still maintained by any military (a replica of the USS Nimitz). When he took power, he gained control of most of the Kel-Morian navy, and was generally the empires main diplomat with his cool and calm demeanor as opposed to the executors 5 second fuse.
