Currently the planet is arid and resembles that of the plains of the Sarengetti of Africa. However, it wasnt always like that. Before the Fall of Kelenis, it actually boasted a rather tropical climate. But heavy minning and stripping of forests by the Morian Republic left this tropical paradise dry. However, it does periodically experience periods of "monsoon rains" and is where much of the dairy and livestock that rely on grazing to survive in the empire are raised here. Also due to its climate, many savannah species from earth were introduced here and were allowed for 200 years to breed in peace allowing for an authentic african safari among the stars.
