The newest addition to the Empires navy. Born of intra-empire competition from various naval design teams, the Defiant was designed to "Own" any enemy ship. It does just that. Even though the first Defiant, KMS Defiant was lost in the Battle of Medusa IV after being captured at the Battle of Kelenis, it and its 2 sister ships in the battles proved the battleships had what it took to not only intimidate enemy forces, but obliterate em. Since the destruction of the KMS Nautilus, the second ship in this line was christened with the former ships name and operates as the Dukes command ship.
