Southern Sweet Potato Pie 3 tablespoons of all purpose flour 1-2/3 cups of sugar 1 cup mashed sweet potatos 2 eggs 1/4 cup light corn syrup 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg pinch of salt 1/2 cup butter or margarine 3/4 cup evaporated milk 1 unbaked pastery shell (9 inch)

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and sugar. Add sweet potatos, eggs, corn syrup, nutmeg, salt, butter and evaporated milk. Beat well. Pour into the pastery shell. Then bake at 350 for 55 to 60 minutes. Will make 8 servings. And enjoy! |

Parmesan Baked Potatos 6 tablespoons of butter or margarine melted 3 tablespoons grated parmeasan cheese 8 medium unpeeled red potatos, halved length wise

Pour butter into a 13 in. X 9 in. X 22 in. baking pan. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over butter. Place potatos with the cut side down over cheese. Bake, uncovered at 400 for 40 to 45 minutes or until tender. Will make 8 servings. |
