We also felt that a lot of couples get so wrapped up with wedding planning & don’t focus on their relationships & fight throughout the planning process. First Impression: Impressed – Kelly knew what she was talking about and seemed to have a lot of experience under her belt. Our personalities were almost exactly alike!

Pre-Planning: Stress Free – Kelly made sure that everything was covered from the beginning to make sure that your wedding day is everything you dreamt it would be.

Derek used shout wipes to clean my heels after pix on grassy lawn! Staff at APD (A Perfect Day) served us wine & beer at the head table & made sure we were all taken care of throughout the evening. Handled “bottleneck” registration lines smoothly and made our guests feel at ease instead of becoming impatient. I was so impressed with the high professionalism of your company! You were so organized and kept a cool demeanor throughout the day.”

First Impression: Right from the start of our wedding plans, Kelly was prepared and on-time. Our first impression was that she was well organized and appeared professional in terms of her approach and attitude towards wedding planning.

Pre-Planning: The pre-planning process was smooth and very comfortable, especially utilizing the pre-planning forms helped facilitate this process. I would highly recommend these forms to better recognize any unforeseen areas which may be overlooked.

Coordination: The wedding coordination Kelly and Derek provided was exceptional and to be highly commended. There is no better feeling for the wedding couple to be stress-free and unworried of how your wedding day will turn out. Kelly and Derek provided this stress-free atmosphere through the entire day including the reception. We were very impressed how they handled each situation professionally and continued to detour any problems or stress away from the wedding couple, which we were grateful for, which made our wedding day that much more special and enjoyable.

Perception: We feel that Kelly and Derek handled themselves and represented us (the wedding couple) in a very professional and exceptional manner, especially during the wedding ceremony and reception, when certain situations were presented and they handled them quickly and without raising an eyebrow. We were proud to have Kelly and Derek as our wedding coordinators.

Referrals: The referrals that Kelly recommended were just what we wanted and what the doctor ordered. We were very impressed with our Florist (Joyce of Roses are Red) that Kelly recommended and feel that she went beyond our expectations for the ceremony, reception, ladies and gentlemen’s flowers, and the extra flowers needed for out-of-town guests and rose-shower. Kelly has a variety of choices and the very best in referrals which helped in the planning of our wedding.

Communication: The communication between Kelly and the wedding couple was exceptional and always in timely fashion. Through email and phone calls, communication was free-flowing and never an issue due to Kelly’s response time and tremendous respect towards the wedding couple. Any questions or concerns were immediately dealt with and handled quickly and efficiently.

Personnel: Kelly’s demeanor was very professional and always in respect of her wedding couple. She provided the very best wedding service my wife and I could have asked for and was very accommodating and open to meeting us any time on any day for meetings with vendors, taste-testing, or just last minute detail meetings for clarifications.

Value: The services Kelly provided went beyond and were worth more than my wife or I could have ever asked for. Kelly was there for every aspect of our wedding plans, incorporating our ideas into reality and truly making our wedding a very special day. Her knowledge and skills in wedding planning were exemplified on our wedding day which showed in the couples expressions of appreciation. Kelly is worth more than she charges for her services in wedding coordinating, which will only increase her value and demand. However, beyond her value of her services we felt she truly enjoys her career and loves interacting with wedding couples, which is just as valuable.

Summary: “First, I would like to personally thank Kelly for coordinating our wedding and truly making that day such a blessing, beautiful, and memorable day.
