PICK 3 RULES SHEET 2009

1. Each team consists of 3 drivers, 1 of those drivers can be from the top 12 in current point

standings at the start of the race, the other 2 drivers must be 13^th or lower in point standings. If you pick 2 or 3 drivers from the top 12 your lowest scoring top 12 driver or 2 lowest scoring top 12 drivers will be eliminated. TheDaytona 500 will be the starting line up of that race.(one out of top 12 in starting line up)

2. Once you pick your 3 drivers you will need to predict a total point’s score of those 3drivers.

this will work as a tie breaker if someone scores the same on there 3 drivers points. If 2 people

with the highest score tie the person closest to his points guess will get 1^st place money(70% aprox.)And the other person gets 2^nd place money (30% aprox.).If there is no tie the highest 3 driver score gets first and the second highest 3 driver score gets second.If there happens to be a tie with same drivers highest score and points guess for first place those 2 will split the total pot (100%).If it happens with second place those 2 will split 2^nd place money (30%)

3. Teams MUST be called in BEFORE the green flag drops! 330-695-6755 leave your team on

the answering machine (don’t forget to leave points prediction) No points prediction will knock

you out of a tie PLEASE TRY TO CALL YOUR TEAM IN AT LEAST ½ HR BEFORE GREEN FLAG.(call teams in only on day of the race)

Once your team is called in NO driver’s changes are allowed.

5. If you have not paid your $10 entry fee from last weeks race by the start of next weeks race you are NOT eligible to play The Rest Of The Year!!

6. Each week $20 will be kept from each race for a final payout of 1^st place $300.

2^nd place$200.3^rd $125 4^th$95 To who ever has the highest end of year total points scores

7. Points will be figured as soon as NASCAR..com post-unofficial results. Those scores will be final for this game Results may be seen on the Web www.geocities.com/kellyspick3/ as soon as

i get them done.

8. My (Kelly’s) $10 entry fee is waved each week for running this game.

9. NEW FROM 2007 YOU MUST PAY YOUR ENTRY FEE BEFORE THE START OF THE RACE. IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID YOUR $10 BEFORE THE GREEN FLAG DROPS AND YOU WIN 1^ST OR 2^ND YOU WILL GET YOUR POINTS BUT WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY IT GOES TO NEXT WEEKS PAYOUT.Money can be paid to Rick at the legion.To me at home or put in drop box beside my garage door.It is also ok to pay a week or two in advance.

10. If you do not call a team in you still owe your $10 this keeps the purse the same each week for the winners

11. No money will come out of purse for fish fry Rick will be in charge of when and how much it will cost if you would like to go to that.
