| Equaling 2 weeks regular weekly fees is required at time of signing this Contract/Financial Agreement. This holds your child�s spot and protects me from unexpected family departures from my childcare. It is due prior to care commencing. If for any reason you decide not to enroll your child, within the 24 hr. grace period, you may get a full refund of your security deposit, after the 24 hr. grace period, the deposit is non-refundable. |

| Rates regarding holidays, Vacations and other absences: |
| 1. The following are paid holidays when they fall on days regularly scheduled for care: |
| Good Friday/ Victoria Day/ Canada Day/ Civic Holiday/ Labour Day/ Thanksgiving Day/ Christmas Day/ & New Years Day. |
| 2. Charges for a child�s absence will be: |

| 3. Charges related to provider�s absence would be: |
| full fees required for a maximum of 5 days per calendar yr. No fees required exceeding 5 days. |
| 4. Charges related to provider�s 2-week vacation are: |
| no fees required unless a statutory holiday is included in vacation. |
| 5. Charges related to parent�s scheduled 2-week vacation or other leave: |
| if parent�s vacation is scheduled at same time as provider, no fees required. If scheduled other time, � of your regular weekly fee per week will be required to hold your child�s spot. |
| 5a. In cases of extended leave due to illness or maternity leave: |
| � of your weekly fee per child for each week absent. This will ensure your child�s spot upon your return. You may choose not to continue payment, however I may not be able to guarantee your child�s spot upon your return. |

| A two week written notice is required to terminate the contract by either party. The security deposit will cover payment for the final two weeks of care. Payment for the differences in fees (if applicable), is due for this notice period, whether or not the child is attending my care. The provider may terminate the contract without notice if payments of fees are not being made. Parents understand that upon any such termination, parents will still owe childcare provider any monies due for childcare services rendered. |

I/We agree to abide by the written terms of this Contract/Financial Agreement. The provider may amend any terms and must give the parent�s at least 2-weeks notice of any change. |
