    7. Draft order will be determined by the previous years’ finish.  The worst record will draft first, the fantasy bowl winner will draft last.
    8. Team numbers (for scheduling purposes) will be determined by the position in the draft.
    9. Each team may draft a rookie and designate him as a franchise player.  The team will hold the rights to that player for 3 years.

                                                               i.      No team has to hold or draft a franchise player for their roster.

ii.      The franchise player must be drafted as a franchise player. He cannot be purchased or traded for.

iii.      Once the player is no longer a franchise player, he can never be a franchise player again.

iv.      Teams must declare before the draft begins if they intend to keep their franchise player, if they do, this player will become their 5th pick.

                                                             v.      New franchise players are designated at the end of the draft.  If a franchise player was designated at the beginning of the draft, that player must remain your franchise player. You cannot change franchise players at the end of the draft.

vi.      Quarterbacks are not eligible for Franchise Players.

B.      Expansion or Replacement of Leaving Owners

    1. Any expansion must be approved by a majority of the owners.

C.      Roster Requirements

    1. Each franchise can have up to 12 active players, 9 of the 12 will play each week.
    2. Each franchise may have less than 12 active players.  When adding players during the season through player purchases, the franchise must remove players from the active roster immediately, keeping a maximum of 12 players.
    3. Weekly rosters consist of a quarterback, 5 skill positions, ** a kicker, a tight end, and a defense.

** May play up to 3 of either WR or RB, then 2 of the other position.

    1. If, because of a NFL bye week, a franchise has no available players, they may pick up any player not currently on another roster for that week only for $1.00.

6.        FFL players must play at the position they are listed as on the official NFL roster.  So a NFL QB, who also plays WR, if he is listed as a QB on the NFL roster, must play as a QB on the FFL team.

2.        Purchasing is closed from the kickoff of the week’s first game until 6pm on Monday night.

3.        Franchises may buy players from another franchise’s roster, with the approval of the franchise.  This will be considered a form of a trade, and thus not permitted after week seven.

G.      Disputes
