| Refund Policy All Cancellations A $25. service charge will be deducted from all refunds. All classes must be cancelled by phone or in writing. (Messages left on the answering machine must be confirmed received by Kelly Dearlove or Shannon Brennan to be accepted) Puppy Classes or Family Dog 1 Classes Puppy or Family Dog 1 classes cancelled no less than seven days before the starting date will receive a full refund minus the $25 service charge. Puppy or Family Dog1 classes cancelled between seven days and two days before the starting date will receive a 50% refund minus the $25 service charge. Puppy or Family Dog 1 classes cancelled under two days before the starting date or after the starting date will receive no refund but may offered another class at no additional charge, if the reason for cancellation is serious or unavoidable at Kelly's or Shannon's discretion. Family Dog II, Advanced I & II, Freestyle, Tricks/Games Classes or Private Sessions Advanced classes cancelled no less than two weeks before the starting date will receive a full refund minus the $25 service charge. Advanced classes cancelled between two weeks and seven days before the starting date, will receive a 50% refund minus the $25 service charge. Advanced Classes under seven days before the starting date or after the starting date will receive no refund but may be offered another class at no additional charge if the reason for cancellation is serious or unavoidable at Kelly's or Shannon's discretion. Note: Our policies are similar to those common to elective educational programs, in that once a deadline has passed, a program had begun and/or materials have been sent and/or received, there ar no refunds or transfers permitted, other than those specified above -- should the said student dicide not to continue with the program. |
