Dec. 29, 2003 - Kelly Hits #4 on the Z-100 Commercial Free High Noon Countdown
Hi. I'm on vacation from work, so I just popped on Z-100 (WHTZ) in New York, listening to the commerical free High Noon Countdown with Shelley Wade, and Kelly Clarkson's "The Trouble With Love Is" was #4 today.
Miracles do happen when Kelly blows away 10 of the 11 judges away on the "World Idol" competition, which we are predicting victory on New Year's Night.

I hope you are all having a wonderful holiday season. I do have a weekly Kelly update, courtesy of Anth's Kelly Site:
First, from "Radio Disney (www.radiodisney.com)
Since they did not have a their weekly update, I can't give you one. However, Susan Huber this week counted down the 30 most requested songs of the year on "Radio Disney, and Kelly got 2 mentions:
"A Moment Like This" was the #19 most requested song of the year on "Radio Disney." By the way, we will probably hear Kelly sing it, some time before 10:00 pm eastern/pacific, 9:00 pm central/mountain on Fox, New Year's Night, on the "World Idol" results special, featuring a special peformance by Sir Elton John.
"Miss Indpendent", which got Kelly a Grammy nomination, for best peformance by a female, was #10 on "Radio Disney.
Congradulations, Kelly. Woo-Hoo!
Unforuntately, Kelly was off "TRL" this week, because it was only two days this week, and it will be only two days this week.
Please continue to call and vote for Kelly on "Radio Disney", and on TRL on MTV.

Merry Christmas.
Just a friendly reminder, after you have opened your Christmas presents, and had your Christmas dinner, is to vote for Kelly tonight on "World Idol", which airs on Fox (in the U.S.), and CTV (for my friends north of the border), tonight at 8:00 pm eastern/pacific, 7:00 pm central/mountain and vote for Kelly, as she sings "Natural Woman", during the "World Idol" event tonight.
I will remind you that you will have two hours to call after 10:00 pm eastern/pacific, 9:00 pm central/mountain. (that is for us in the United States), I don't you know what it is in Canada.

Unfortunately, we dropped 1 (spot, that is), to #8.
Now, a message for anybody that has been having trouble getting
thru to:
1-800-DIAL MTV (1-800-342-5688), and getting a busy signal. TRL has now changed
its phone time.
Instead, it will now begin at 4:25 eastern/1:25 pm pacific. So, you will now have an extra 5 minutes to call, giving you 20 minutes to call.

Now, for the latest on Project TRL:
As you know, this coming Friday, November 7th, Kelly Clarkson's new video, "The Trouble With Love Is", will debut on MTV's "Total Request Live", and Kelly will also be appearing on "Good Morning America" to perform live.
Chris from www.theessentialkellyclarkson.cjb.net, has started this thing called "Project TRL", where we want people like you, to make a committment by calling TRL every day, starting this Friday, and requesting "The Trouble With Love Is" on TRL. So far, we have 26 people who have signed up.
But, we need more people to sign up, so here what you should do:
1. Please link "Project TRL" to your website, and tell them about this. The more people who sign up the better.
2. If you signed up with one of Kelly's newsletters, like "Anth's Kelly Zine", or on a fanlisting, that you have signed up for, please let them know about this. We want to get as many people as possible to sign up between now and Friday, when "The Trouble With Love Is" debuts.
