Raynefall

Naked in the storm
Rayne cloaks me
Airy current unlaces my soppy amber tendrils.
The twisted loops caress my collar.

I love Rayne in the rain
By the flickering lamps on First Street.
His perpetual chatter holds my hand and
Glitters on the pavement.
Answered by clicking soles
As they find their place within his rhythm-
Mounting iambs

The sky continues to fall.
I wont go in until Im wet.
His shallow ocean purrs at my ankles-
Swallows me in gentle waves.

Rayne will be the death of me.

I greet the storm with upturned palms.
Soothing tremors bend my moonlit silhouette
I pluck all the watery crystals and bury them in my breast.
Little Flower, she comes alive in the showers of Rayne.

Rayne unlaces my soppy amber tendrils caresses my collar.
