| Okay, here's a quick explanation about page things that you might have been wondering! The Site's Name Apartment 2e is something I came up with at the spur of the moment, inspired by two of my stories, which needless to say, involved an apartment. Of these two (College Life and An Untitled one) one gave the most influence. (The Untitled one.) This story was in turn influenced by the song Apartment #2 by the Vindictives, a punk band. In this song, the singer is living on the second floor, between two tennants- a) The upstairs neighbors, whom are always partying 24 hours a day, never giving the poor guy downstairs a chance to sleep. b) The downstairs neighbors, whom are not only recluses, but seem to be stalking the guy on the second floor, calling him at insane hours because they're lonely. Voila, a minor alteration and you get "The Room Between Heaven and Hell" The story went on to tell about a young man who dropped out of college his second year to search for his missing sister, who he ended up finding in an out of the way bar on the opposite side of the country called 'Nick's'. Having not much else to do in this new place, and having almost a full year to kill before he could return to school, he takes a job as a waiter at this pub, in order to both pay for his room in the apartment he rents upstairs, and his sister's bar-tab. In the process he meets the owner of the bar's daughter, and begins a lengthy quest to win her heart. Thus, Apartment 2e came into being. Again.
