Alison Kelly has performed numerous roles from the musical theater, operetta,
and   musical  genres.   She  received   her Master   of Music   at the  Manhattan
School of Music  and a Bachelor of Music from the Cleveland Institute of  Music.
Most recently she was  the alternate  Christine Daa� in
Das Phantom der Oper
at the Neue Flora in Hamburg, Germany to critical acclaim.
Other  musical  theater roles  include Maria in 
West Side Story,  Fiona in Briga-
doon,  Lady  Rowena  in  Once Upon a Mattress,  Hodel  in  Fiddler on the Roof,
Eve in
One Bad Apple, and Cunegonde in Candide.
Ms. Kelly also performed Rosina in
Barber of Seville, Maria in The Daughter of
the Regiment
,  Yum-Yum in The Mikado,  Gianetta in The Gondoliers,  Nicemis
in the world premier of
Thespis,  Marie in The Great Waltz,  Valencienne in The
Merry Widow
,  Lisa in Countess Mariza,  Adele in Die Fledermaus, and the title
role in
Jolanthe.
As  a  concert  soloist  she  has  sung  Berlioz,  Rutter,  Haydn,  H�ndel,  Mozart,
among others.
Ms. Kelly  has also sung  on stage with  Jessye Norman,  Elton John, Vanessa
Williams, and Barry Manilow.
The American  tenor  Gerald Frantzen  most recently  appeared as Feuerwehr-
mann/Tr�ger  (Fireman/Porter)  and understudied  the role of Ubaldo Piangi in
the German production of
The Phantom of the Opera in Hamburg.
Mr. Frantzen  started his voice  training  at  the  University of Iowa  and received
his Master of Music  at  the New England Conservatory  in Boston.  He had en- gagements at such opera houses  as Santa Fe Opera,  Glimmerglass Opera, Sarasota Opera, and Natchez Opera.
His opera  credits include  roles like  Ernesto in 
Don  Pasquale,  Prunier in La
Rondine
,  Giove  in  Il Rittorno d'Ulisse,  Narraboth in Salome,  Damon  in Acis
and Galatea.
Camille  in The  Merry  Widow,  Marco  in  The  Gondoliers,  Spar-
keion in the  world premier  of
Thespis,  and  Prince Sandor  in The Duchess of
Chicago belong to
his operetta credits.
After having  performed in  such  musicals  as 
West Side  StoryOnce Upon a
Mattress
Sound of Music,  and Brigadoon, he  made  his European  debut  as
Russian in the Norwegian production of
Chess.
Before  Gerald Frantzen  joined the cast  of  Das Phantom der Oper,  he played
the role of Davie in the Bremen production of
Jekyll & Hyde.
