As Cathy Kaizer listened to The Last Post during her school's Remembrance Day ceremonies on November 10, 1999, she remembered. She remembered the men who had sacrificed their lives for freedom and democracy - she remembered the row upon row of tombstones in the cemeteries of Europe - she remembered the monuments erected in memory of those men - she remembered the grave of the Unknown Soldier
