I finally made it back to the Toddlin' Town and Transformations last fall. I was able to be much more relaxed, having my second makeover with Soto. I'm really going to miss the Oak Park store. The area just seems warmer and more comfortable than the Arlington store, but I won't miss fighting the traffic to get there.
I wanted to try blonde this time, and also a medium brunette look. I didn't really like either while I was in the store but was much more pleased with how it looked on camera (and Soto told me I would be, too).
I still have not confessed to the wife, and this weighs on me more in life than anything else. Even if she can tolerate the dressing, she will feel so betrayed that I've kept this hidden from her for so long, I'm sure she'll be hurt and mad. If only I knew the outcome so I would know whether to keep this part of me hidden...
