Obsessing Over Looks May Be A Disorder
By Ellen Goodman

Are you constantly obsessing over your weight or your hair? Or do you often think you are just ugly?

You may just have a body image problem.

According to homearts.com, a recent survey of 30,000 people found that 93 percent of women and 82 percent of men care about their appearance and work to improve it. People with body dysmorphic disorder are preoccupied with the way that they look.

If you start feeling like you are overweight or get the blues when looking at some of the models in hot summer fashions, keep in mind that the average model is 30 pounds underweight.
