| BROKEN 8-28-99 Where is the loyalty? Who is going to watch over me? Especially when the enemy warriors come to stab me in the back with their spear-shaped tongues; and insults that fly through the air- Like a petty game of archery. Who is going to be there; to dry up my tears, Pick up the broken pieces of my heart, wrap their arms around me and save me from this world. Take me away from this hellish place. To where the weather is nice; The sun rules the day; and the moon, the night... Always giving off light... Instead of this darkness that I must fight! Fighting constantly with no point or purpose. Jealousy. The world is on fire with it. The ashes suffocate my mind, while the smoke causes my eyes to water Everyone has troubles to face; Countries to acquire, villages to annihilate, a civil war to conquer... When will the wars end? These raging battles inside my head. All of these states planted in my mind. I guess the time is now, to let down and cry. |
