| January 15th, 2007 Did anyone else know that when you get paid on a federal holiday, you don't even get to see the direct deposit as a pending transaction? Yeah, I'm freaking out a little. I promised Seren I would have faith until tomorrow. Then I'll freak out if I need to. I wouldn't have worried about it, except on the last pay check, my boss's direct deposit didn't go thru at all. Ok, no freaking out. Sorry. I'll stop. This past weekend was fun. I didn't make it to the Diamondbag show, and I'm sure Gary will be disappointed in me, but oh well. I mean, I had a prior committment, and it was fun, so I didn't leave. Plus, when the world is frozen, it's usually best not to venture too far from home. Of course, that didn't stop me from running over to Milwaukee Joe's for ice cream. Hey, when you need Cake Batter ice cream, you need Cake Batter ice cream. Dear God, it was good. I've already eaten all of it. <blush> It was only a pint. But still. I'm sure I had all kinds of things to update, but my head hurts and I want sleep. It must be the cold. It's giving me the urge to hibernate. |
