| This is my first attempt at oil pastel. The picture is 17" x 14" without any mat or frame. The dots at the bottom of the page are because my camera messed up while I was taking the picture, not sure why. For some reason, the photo looks a little blurry and is dull compared to the real thing. I am working on spotted dolphins now, I am just about done with them. I am also working on wild horses in colored pencil, another first for me! I usually use pencil when I draw and I have done a couple chalks, which have all been sold. I have won many ribbons and plaques in art shows in the past, but it has been quite some time sense I have set down and drawn a picture, been busy doing the family thing!! :) So I am not as polished as I use to be, I hope I will get that touch back that I had before!! :) Let me know what you think of my first attempt! |
