Since his conversion in 1999 Paddy is a confessed Christian and established a charital foundation by which he personally supports humanitarian and cultural projects throughout Europe, India and Africa. Paddy from an interview: ""A few years ago I was in crisis. My girlfriend broke up with me and along with it I began to realize the death of my mom very intensively. At that hard time God helped me. Since then I pray every day." In 2003 Paddy released his solo album "In Exile", which includes such song like "Hope", where Paddy sings about himself, songs tells the story about him trying to make a suicide. In 2004 autumn has left the band. Now Paddy is a monk and lives in a monastery of St.John, in France. He also changed his name into: Brother, John Paul Mary.
