Test Engineer (June 98 - Current)
Solectron Inc. Milpitas, CA 
Implements and maintains test and troubleshooting equipment and diagnostic software programs 
for Lucent WAN/LAN products and Qualcomm products. Develop and maintain test procedures. Maintain
test fixture and software programs. Resolve PCB test yield problems, finding root cause. Develop 
and coordinate corrective action. Perform failure analysis and present reports to management. 
Train technicians and operators. Designs test fixtures as needed, and programs test 
equipment and/or develops test strategies and processes for products being introduced to 
production. Develops and updates documentation (such as TPI's -- test process instructions) to 
establish testing requirements and troubleshooting processes. Interfaces with our engineering 
functions, and possibly customers, to resolve test yield and time test issues. As required, 
makes recommendations to improve processes for testability.
Currently I am working on Lucent network products such as DSL, MAX TNT, PIPES etc.

Software Engineer (March 98- June 98)
Avnisoft Inc., Sunnyvale, CA
Define, implement and oversee test plans for routers, ATM switches, and switched LAN products. 
Analyze performance and develop written performance evaluation reports. Set up test beds, 
develop and execute performance tests. Analyze complex code and design of one or more components 
of complex systems to identify performance bottlenecks. Drive resolutions of performance 
problems. scripting tools such as TCL, TK, Perl. 

Computer Software & Telecommunication Engineer (Aug 86 - Jan 94)
Communication & Navigation Department, Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), Shanghai, China
Developed software to display real-time communication and navigation computer monitor system 
in Shanghai HongQiao Airport. Programmed communication software for telecommunication equipment. 
Designed and developed database system and graphic interface to monitor. Recorded and generated 
analysis report for communication and navigation uses. Installed and maintained Communication 
and Navigation equipment in Airport. Tested and installed Communication and Navigation Monitor 
System. Administered computer monitor system, radio communication and navigation systems such 
as Instrumental Landing System (ILS), Distance Measurement and Location Equipment (DME, VOR).
