Chuen Cheng & Poh Yin became Cadet Inspectors in 1984
Yean Yean & Kah Ann became Cadet Inspectors in 1985
Kim Soon & Joon Kee became canoeing instructors of PAAC in 1987
Kah Ann became Honorary Inspector in 1989 when he joined the NUS-NPCC Unit
Yean Yean switched to teaching in 1999 and became a teacher officer in NPCC of a school
Jui Chai (at his age of 35) was promoted to an Army Colonel and became the highest ranking military officer among our gang.

Precious moments after 1982....

Our first baby (see photo below) arrived on the Feb 11, 1993. So far (till 1998), our record holders are Lay Hoon (3 boys), Jui Chai (3 girls), and Lee Ee (3 boys), while others are still catching up by trying to have more kids...

photo above shows Poh Yin's 31st Birthday on 31 Jan 1998 together with some of our spouses and children. Our activities have been changed from outdoor adventure in the 1982's to now, solely on family gathering. Although we have left NPCC at our teens, we know very well that our friendship will last forever !

In Loving Memory Of Linda Quek Ngak Luang (23 Jan 1961 - 03 May 2000) (Ngak Luang, our late W/CI of the 1st Batch Adventure Squad (1978), was diagnosed with Leukemia on Dec 1999, and passed away due to internal bleeding in her brain when in coma.)
