GAMBLAHOLICS ANONYMOUS
Opening Submission:
      Submitted by: Dave Brown

I remember a time when I was invited to go to a certain indian casino, lets call it, Manango.  I accepted the invitation, and proceeded to lose some money, a sum which may be in the area of 70 dollars.  The real issue here was that the invitation occured about 5 minutes before we departed.  It was a spontaneous trip, and thats when I felt it may have been out of control.  I'd like to think now that my main issue has changed to personal home gambling, but I am hesitant to say I'm addicted due to lack of action.  I hope we can all be open with each other, cause that's the only way any healing can occur.

FEATURED TOPIC:
Opening Night
Thank you all for coming.  I would like this page to be an open forum for all to share their past experiences with the group.  If you have a submission, please email it to [email protected] and I will post it on this page.  If we support each other, we can make it through this problem.  (By us, I mean all you gamblaholics out there, not me)
To support anyone who is addicted to the thrill of chance. The loss or gain of money that has nothing to do with skill and everything to do with luck.
Lookin' strong!
FEATURED TIP:

Avoid casinos!  It sounds simple, but it is not as easy as it may sound.  Some people live within an hour and a half of casinos, and they are dangerous places for gamblaholics.  Although not all forms of gambling materialize in a casino, it is the first step in a long process.
