Your issue puzzles me, mostly because you have drawn some conclusions that are sketchy, at best, but I will try to help you.
It seems to me that your friend is very disturbed. If he continually puts you down, you must realize it is only to make himself feel better about himself. He's obviously very uncomfortable with who he is. You say you have reason to believe he is homosexual. Try to remember, he may not be sure of himself or his sexuality.
However, I must address your reference to going on a "Marlon type streak" of no women as being a characteristic of a gay man. I think this is a horrible assumption, and you should applaud your friend for having the strength and courage to put away something that is causing him problems.
As far as all this "Baron" business, I'm not sure what all that is about, but I thought Barons went out of style a long time ago.
If you truly fear that this friend of yours may have feelings for you, you may need to confront him and ask. If he can't be honest with you, he'll never be able to tell you anyway, and if he is honest, you will at least be sure of your thoughts. In the case he admits his feelings for you, simply tell him you are a straight man, and you're sorry for his confusion, but you two could never be together.

I have a friend, if you could call him that, and he is extremely jealous of me. Continually he puts me down for no reason. I also suspect he is a homosexual. I have reason to believe this because he says he is going to go on a Marlon type streak without women. The truth is, he has given up on women all together, and has jumped sides. I am afraid because of his constant put downs of me that he might like me. He himself lives a life that is completely fake. He claims that he is a Baron, but in reality he is not a Baron at all. If he is a Baron at all, then he is the Baron Jizzbut, which again alludes to his homosexuality. I was hoping you could shed some light on how to deal with this situation.
