My recruitment practice specializes in finding talented creative personnel for advertising agencies. Though relatively new to the headhunting field, I have 15 years of prior agency experience working in both creative and account service.
This first hand exposure to the business, gives me a relevant understanding of the needs of creatives and agency recruiters. It also gives me a extensive source of creative contacts and an appreciation of what �good work� is.

I was formerly the Creative Manager at GSD&M in Austin, Texas. During my seven year tenure, I helped to transform a creative department with a regional presence into a national award winning department.
During this period I hired nearly 100 creatives from all over the country. This has given me a true understanding of just how difficult and demanding your job is. I looked at nearly 2,000 portfolios during this time and have a good sense of the national creative talent pool.
Prior to this, I spent five years as an account person at GSD&M working on such accounts as Pearle Vision, Pennzoil, and MasterCard. This experience has given me additional perspective into the ad agency business. In addition to GSD&M, I held various senior marketing positions on the client side and have an MBA in marketing.
