| #2. Farley Hill - Oil on canvas | ||||||||||||||
| Farley Hill was a grand mansion that was a home away from home for Royalty in the 1800s. It was the background of the 1957 film, Island in the Sun, with Harry Belafonte. Destroyed by fire in 1965, Farley Hill was turned into a national park and opened in 1966 by Queen Elizabeth II. It is now a backdrop for music festivals and the odd wedding. | ||||||||||||||
