I started watching WWF RAW just after Edge and Christian's transformation into dickhead surfers, and just before Mick Foley's debut as Commissioner in Worcester, where my friend Lars was lucky enough to be in attendance live. Being an underprivileged canadian we didn't get Smackdown for almost a year, so I missed a lot of their wacky antics, but I think it's safe to say that Edge, Christian and Foley did more to get me hooked on WWF than all the tits, chairs and armbars combined. I love those guys, and for a long time Edge was my favorite active wrestler (with Foley, of course, being my all time favorite). I don't really have a definitive favorite these days, but E&C hold a special place in my Q-Zone, and my first WWF shirt was their red Charlie's Angels 5-second pose.
Now they're broken up and it's hard to say where they'll go. I really think that with the proper care Edge could be WWF champ somewhere down the road, and Christian's already one of my favorite heels of all time. Only time will tell, so while we wait, let us be serenaded by a little mp3 I like to call The Best of Edge and Christian.
