   Half-way out the city, Ryoga and the digidestineds ran across Nabiki.
    "Oi! Ryoga! Back in town already? Who are these people?" Nabiki called out.
    "They wanted to see Ranma. Something about Jusenkyo. I was going to take them with me." Ryoga replied.
    "If you were going to take them, then why are you heading the opposite direction? And who were you expecting to lead you?" Nabiki smirked.
    The Digidestineds turned to look at Ryoga. He turned red,and muttered something unclear under his breath. Nabiki smirked and turned to the group of the kids. "Ryoga-chan doesn't have much of a sense of direction. Gets lost all the time, even in his own house, isn't that right, Ryo-baby?"

    "Ranma no baka!!" The peace prevailing over the Tendo Dojo was pierced by a girl's scream. Akane was really mad this time, and nothing was going to stop her from beating that good-for-nothing fiancee of hers this time.
    Ranma hopped onto the roof, and stuck out his tougue at the furious girl standing beneath. "Ha-" His celebration was cut short as a fist slammed into his jaw, sending him sprawling over the rooftop.
    The Digidestined stared in amazement at the entrance of the Dojo. They'd never seen anyone jump so high. And the speed with which Ryoga had made his way to the top of the roof was astounding. Nabiki just sauntered into the courtyard to stand next to her sister, remarking as she passed, "Don't worry, this happens all the time."
    Agumon poked Gabumon, "Hey Gabumon, I bet he's faster than Garurumon."
    Ryoga cracked his knuckles in satisfaction, and jumped down to land besides Akane.
    Akane smiled at him, "Welcome back, Ryoga. Thank you for taking care of that baka over there for me."
    Ryoga blushed and stuttered. Behind him, Taichi leaned over to Yamato and whispered, "Boy, he's got it bad." Yamato could only nod at the moronic dispaly before him.
    Ranma jumped down from the roof and walked up, wincing as he touched his jaw. "Man, Ryoga, your punch sure has improved. What have you been doing, punching rocks again?"
    Akane frowned, "Ranma! Don't tease Ryoga like that!"
    "Um... excuse me?" Everyone turned towards the entrance of the Dojo. Ryoga hit his hand with his fist. "Oh yeah, I forgot! Ranma, these people are here to see you. The Jusenkyo tour guide send them."
    Ranma's eyes lit up, "Jusenkyo tour guide? Does that mean he sent another barrel of Nanichuan water?"
    Taichi blinked, "Oh... we thought that you had some and that you might have some left."
    Just then, Kasumi came out of the house, "Oh my, do we have guests? I better go prepare some rooms."

    Later, as everyone squeezed in around the table, Taichi told Ranma, Ryoga, Akane, nad her family of everything that had happened to them up until they'd fallen through the dimension portal and into this world.
    Akane knitted her eyebrows together in puzzlement, "Digimon?"
    "Yes. We each have our own digimon partners," Taichi explained. "Mine is Agumon. Yama's digimon is Gabumon. Sora's is Biyomon. Koushiro, Tentomon. Mimi, Palmon. Jyou, Gomamon. Takeru, Patamon. Hikari, Gatomon."
    "Our digimon have the ability to evolve into higher levels, with the help of our digivices." Koushiro continued where Taichi left off.
    "Fascinating." Nabiki murmured, already plotting how she could use this information to her advantage.
    Ranma scratched his head, "I'm still not sure I get it, but basically you're saying that you fell through a hole and found yourselves in our world? Meaning you came from a different world?"
    "Basically, yes." Yamato spoke up for the first time. "We want to find a way back, but we want to find a cure for the Jusenkyo curse first. We were told by the tour guide that you might have some water from the Spring of the Drowned Man?"
    Ranma heaved a sigh, "Unfortunately, Happosai, my master, drank it all, thinking it was wine. None of us got any."
    Ryoga stared glumly at the table, feeling just as disappointed as Ranma looked. A thought occured to him. "Why didn't you just get water from the valley?"
    Taichi looked sheepish. "The valley flooded right after we landed in the springs, and the tour guide said that it takes forever for the springs to go back to normal."
    Ranma nodded with understanding, "That happened the last time I was there too."
    Akane, feeling that the conversation was getting too depressing, quickly tried to change the subject. "So, um... what do you all turn into when you get splashed with cold water?" Oops... that wasn't quite what she'd meant to say.
    Taichi looked woeful, Yamato sniffed rather distainfully, and everyone else managed to look very embarrassed.
    Nabiki stood up and grabbed the teapot on the table. "Rather than say anything, why don't you show us?"
    A moment later, chaos ensued as Taichi began to bawl tearfully at his misfortune, and Sora-neko scared Ranma into hysterics.
